In-store returns & refunds:

Currently, we do not accept in-store returns or refunds for purchases made at Teens and Tee retail locations.

DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER?

We aim to provide quality products that meet your expectations. If you need to return an item purchased from www.teensandtee.com, you may do so under the following conditions:

  1. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  2. The item(s) delivered do not match the original specifications or differ from what you ordered.

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@teensandtee.com or calling our customer service team to initiate the return process. We handle disputes on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to all.

Before any claim is processed, you must email photographic evidence of the defective item(s) to support@teensandtee.com within 10 days of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain scenarios may make returns or exchanges ineligible:

  • Return requests made outside the specified timeframe.
  • Damage caused due to improper product usage.
  • Missing components such as tags, labels, original packaging, or accessories.
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted products.
  • Undergarments (unless in original packaging and unused).
  • Product packs cannot be partially returned.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

Returns must be initiated within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?

If the items and sizes you received are correct, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

EXCHANGE POLICY

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

We accept exchanges for items purchased online within 10 calendar days, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  2. The item(s) do not match the original specifications or differ from what you ordered.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@teensandtee.com or contacting our customer service. A replacement will be issued for defective items once photographic evidence is reviewed.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges or returns are not allowed on discounted or sale items.
  • Packs or bundled products cannot be exchanged individually.
  • Accessories must be returned with original packaging intact.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS AT ANY TEENS AND TEE STORE?

Yes, you may exchange items at any Teens and Tee store, provided the store stocks the product category (Men, Women, or Kids). Factory outlets are excluded.
